Returned Parcels (International Shipping)
Please note that we incur additional charges for returned international parcels, often exceeding the original shipping cost. These charges will be passed on to you if the return occurs due to any of the following reasons:
- Failure to settle payment for duties or taxes.
- Failure to collect the parcel.
- Failure to re-arrange delivery.
- Providing an incorrect or undeliverable address.
To avoid such charges, please ensure all shipping details are accurate and that you are prepared to handle any import-related costs or delivery arrangements.
