Shipping & Delivery

Note: All orders are currently shipped out of Singapore.

Taxes and Duties: International shipping may incur import duties/customs charges. Receiver is responsible for paying additional taxes/vat, fees, charges or import duty on each purchase. UCHINO International Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any of the above.

Regarding International shipping, please be aware that we are charged for any returned parcels, and this is usually more expensive than original postage cost. This charge will be passed onto you if you have failed to:

• Settle the payment for duties/taxes
• Collect parcel
• Re-arrange delivery
• Provide us with correct/deliverable address

For overseas deliveries, please contact us at enquiry@uchino.com.sg if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days of the date of purchase.
