VALIDITY PERIOD OF UCHINO POINTS
All UCHINO points issued are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

- Membership Programme is only applicable to Uchino Online (Locally & Worldwide)
- Membership will be upgraded upon payment received.
- Rewards points will be awarded upon payment received.
- The spending will be refreshed once customers reached the next tiers.
- For orders placed from 1st July 2021, rewards points will be added & expire within 12 months from date of issue
- Member discount is only valid on regular-priced products (excluding gift cards & promotions)
- Member discount is not stackable with other discounts
- Reward points and Membership will be awarded and upgraded after the order status has been changed to 'Payment received'
- Spending accumulation is calculated based on the completion of orders
- Reward points will be awarded based on the final amount paid for the order (excluding shipping charges)
- Reward points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
- Strictly no extension or reinstatement of expired reward points
