Terms and Conditions

Embroidery of texts and numbers, a maximum of 10 characters can be ordered via the UCHINO International Online Shop. They are embroidered in a size of 2 cm. The embroidery is applied in the lower right-hand corner of the towel. The position, layout, size, and font cannot be changed.

Uchino will proceed with the embroidery once we have received your order via our website. Uchino cannot accept cancellations or returns of embroidered products after we embroidered products for any reason.

Uchino is not responsible for any typographical mistakes or errors that are overlooked. In addition, Uchino cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been embellished and accepted by the customer.

For embroidered products, it takes approximately 14 days after payment to be delivered locally. It may take longer days for overseas delivery.

If an embroidery order is received before or during a long holiday period, it may take more than 14 days to be delivered.  Depending on the number of items to be embroidered, it may take more than 14 days to be delivered. Holiday seasons may take more than 14 days to be delivered.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
