SUPER MARSHMALLOW SMALL BATH TOWEL
Super Marshmallow is created with Uchino’s two patented technologies. The miracle-like towel is surprisingly light and soft despite its volume, and it has achieved a touch just like "marshmallow" which has changed the concept of towels so far.
Rare extra-long staple cotton is spun into superfine 60-count yarn, which is extraordinary for towels. The weaving machine speed is slowed significantly to prevent damage to the delicate yarn and the yarn twist is reversed at the end to achieve premium softness. Because the yarn is thin and soft, the towel adheres closely to the skin for excellent absorbency and wiping capability.
At Uchino, we also insist on combing the cotton when spinning the yarn to remove the short fibres so there is little shedding fluff.
